HARARE— Award winning real estate firm HSP Realty has appointed acclaimed musical artist and creative Nashie Zim as its new brand ambassador in a strategic partnership aimed at reshaping how property investment is marketed to modern audiences.
The agreement, signed on September 2, establishes a multi-channel framework designed to expand market visibility, strengthen brand equity and connect corporate real estate with cultural influence across local, regional and international spaces.
At the core of the alliance is a shared commitment to growth, authenticity and long-term brand building.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, HPS Realty Founder and Chief Executive Officer Leonita Mhishi said the collaboration was intentional and purpose-driven.
"The right partnerships, at the right time, are part of how organisations grow," Mhishi said.
She emphasized that the company sought more than just a recognizable face.
"For us, a Brand Ambassador can not simply be a recognisable face. They must represent something.
"Nashie, what particularly attracted us to this partnership is that you have built your own identity. You have your own voice, your own audience, and your own journey… that is also the HSP REALTY story."
The partnership will be anchored on the campaign theme "Building Legacy Together." According to Mhishi, the objective is to shift public perception around land and property acquisition by making wealth creation more accessible, particularly to young people.
"We want your audience to discover property ownership," she said.
"We want young people who follow you to understand that owning land, investing in property, and creating generational wealth are achievable aspirations."
Under the agreement, HSP Realty and Nashie Zim will roll out coordinated marketing campaigns, property showcases, digital content and public appearances. The activities will be aligned to "The Burgundy Standard," HSP Realty’s benchmark for excellence, professionalism and integrity.
Company officials said the partnership is designed to bridge traditional property solutions with dynamic, mass-market engagement, leveraging Nashie Zim’s reach to connect with new demographics.
Both parties described the deal not as a short-term endorsement but as a mutual engine for commercial growth.
"May this partnership open doors for both brands. May it create opportunities we have not yet imagined," Mhishi concluded. "And, above all, may what we begin today become something whose impact extends far beyond the duration of a contract."
